Working on T&M basis where we reinforce your staffing shortage, we always select very carefully the proposed candidates and only submit profiles that we think are matching your requirements. As it is our business to get the most out of your budget you are spending, it is very important for us to follow up closely our resources working on customer side and discuss performance with you on regular and agreed periods of time.
